CONDITIONS OF HOLIDAY LET

CONTRACT OF HIRE
The contract of hire shall be between the holiday maker and the holiday home owner and subject to the conditions of the holiday let. The contract of hire is not effective until written confirmation of the booking is dispatched to the holiday maker.
PRICES
All rents are quoted per week - we reserve the right to amend prices without notice.
BOOKING A HOLIDAY
Provisional bookings may be made by telephone or email or by using the contact form.
Once we have contacted you a deposit is required within 7 days. For all bookings a deposit of £50 is required and until this deposit is received any reservation made is provisional and may be varied or cancelled without notice. Upon payment of the deposit and subject to acceptance of the booking the hirer becomes liable for the balance of the rental. The balance of the rental is due at least 1 month prior to the rental date. We reserve the right to re-let the house if no payment is received within this time-frame. No reminders are normally issued.
UNDER 18's
Bookings will not be accepted from persons under the age of 18. We reserve the right to refuse bookings solely at our discretion.
PETS
Two dogs are permitted (more with agreement). However, we ask you to keep pets under control. They should not be allowed on the furniture or upstairs, and must sleep on bedding provided by the holidaymaker. Holidaymakers are liable for any damage caused by pets and are asked to remove all evidence of their pets from the house and the garden before departure. The garden is secure to the best of our knowledge but the safety of any animal is the responsibility of the pets owner
